Fausto García
FOUNDING PARTNER
Mechanical Engineering degree with Honors from Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey in 1967. MBA degree from Stanford University in 1969. From 1969 to 1981 he worked with Adela Investment Company, a venture capital company for Latin America, in different areas such as investments analysis, banking activity in Mexico, and finally responsible for all operations in Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean.
In 1981 founded Fausto García Asociados, S.C. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, debt and business restructurings. He also performed arrangements of financial transactions, for many companies in diverse fields and industries.
Javier Arce
PARTNER
C.P.A. degree from Universidad Panamericana in 1995. MBA degree from IPADE in 1997, international finance specialization from IPADE in 2000 and a course of M&A from New York Institute of Finance. His experience includes structuring of M&A transactions, debt restructuring, private equity and fairness of opinion in different sectors such as real estate, sugar mills, logistics, telecommunications, finantial sector, pawn shops, paper, cardboard, food, and others. Joined FGA in 1993. His previous jobs were with Seguros Allianz and an auditing firm.
Fernando Camacho Casas

Economist from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) in 1978. From 2010 to 2011, was in charge of Project for a fresh orange juice shipping terminal in the port of Altamira, Tamaulipas. From 1993 to 2009, CEO of SINCA AGROS and President of SINCA AGROSID, two Agribusiness Investment Funds. He was responsible for 11 equity investments in tomato greenhouses, rubber plantations, cashew nut plantation, processing fruit sections, Christmas tree plantations, among other ventures. Previously, from 1991 to 1992, Advisor to SECOFI in the negotiation of the North America Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). From 1986 to 1990, responsible for Economic Research and securities investment strategy at PROBURSA Broker Dealer. Wide experience in business management, negotiations and company valuations.
Rafael Valladares

CPA degree from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) in 1994, MBA degree from Brigham Young University (BYU) in 2000, and diverse courses including Strategic Financial Analysis for Business Evaluation by Harvard Business School, Financial Institution Analysis by the Banking School of the Federal Reserve in N.Y., Credit Risk Analysis by the Citibank School of Banking in N.Y., Essentials of Leadership at London Business School (LBS).
From 1994 to 1998 worked for the Mexican National Banking and Securities Exchange Commission “CNBV” in the department of Foreign Financial Institutions. From 2000 to 2011 worked for Rabobank International at the México Office, working as Senior Credit Analyst (equivalent to Senior investment officer at some financial institutions) and later as Risk Manager for Mexico. His wide experience includes high level structuring of bilateral loans, syndicated deals, securitizations of accounts receivables, as well as credits targeted to free up trapped value in the balance sheet of the customers.
Miguel Angel Ramos

Holds a CPA degree from Universidad Intercontinental, and an MBA and post graduate degree in Corporate Finance, both from Instituto Tecnologico Autónomo de Mexico. Active since 2006 in M&A, valuations and restructurings.
Previous 10 years experience in Banking and financial activities at Grupo Financiero Banamex as Financial and Stock Exchange analyst, Financial Promotor and Assistant Director in the Operations area. He was authorized by “Comision Nacional Bancaria y de Valores” as “Asesor Financiero Apoderado” and “Promotor de Valores y Sociedades de inversión”.
Juan Carlos Olague

CPA degree from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de México and Certificate Program on Taxes from the same university. His experience is based in eight years of general accounting and taxes for companies of different sectors, mainly services, to the Consultoría y Asesoría Empresarial firm. He also worked with Grupo Televisa as taxes analyst.
Martha Rebeca Martínez

B.A. in Business Administration from UNAM in 1973. MBA from the Institute of Business Administration of Grenoble University France in 1978. Worked in Nacional Financiera from 1973 to 2001.
Her experience includes monitoring the equity investments portfolio, as well as the negotiation, structuring and follow up of Private Equity Funds such as North America Environmental Fund L.P., Baring Mexico Private Equity Fund L.P., Advent Latin America private Equity Fund L.P., Fondo Guanajuato and Fondo Tijuana. Appointed “comisario” (watchdog) of the Procorp, Multicapitales, and Agros venture capital funds.
